Goal 1: Get moving

How do get a body you love?
First of all, your body is just your outer shell, a mechanism for moving your mind from one spot to another, to engage you in experiences and enjoy some of things that the miracle of life has to offer. It does not represent your value as a person, despite what society tells you through magazines on weight loss ect. There is no weight loss plan out there including this one which will allow you to love your body, that has to come from within. The only way to truly feel good about your body is to feel good about yourself. I have had countless girlfriends and even guy friends who were very attractive in the eyes of most, they were in shape, had nice faces, were overall very nice looking. Yet they struggled with self image problems always trying to be "better". It doesn't matter what your body looks like if you are unhappy with yourself you will always see negative things you would like to change.
Having said that, I want to encourage everyone out there to start or continue a healthy lifestyle for the sake of yourself, your family and your friends. Healthy people are generally happier overall and what better way to get those endorphins running than through excercise. So that brings us to the plan.
Goal 1: Get moving
I don't want you thinking you can get away with walking for only 20 minutes a day as the minimum. If you need to start there that is fine, but you should be moving your booty 30 minutes 5 days a week and we are not talking a stroll through the park. You heart should be pounding and you should find it hard to talk to the person next to you. For me this means running at about a 6/kmh pace or a 10 min/mile, but you don't need to just do one excersise. Mix it up! Don't get bored. Run for 3 days a week and the other 2 get on a bike or do the elliptial machine. The old saying goes calories in calories out. It will take hard work but hello you want to look hot right? The absolute best thing for burning through calories and fat deposists is intervals. Intervals are a type of training combining slow movement with very fast sprinting. My favorite is again with running. I start by walking for 2 minutes then increase to jog at a slow pace for 2 minutes, then increase to a very fast pace, almost sprinting for 1 minute. If you can do this for 20 minutes you are golden and continue to increase by 5 minutes every week. Soon you will be able to run straight through 30 minutes with ease.
And don't worry if you are struggling. I do not have a "perfect" body so I am going to include pictures of my progress along with tips and my plan so you can see it really working.
Don't worry about diet right now, eat what you are eating normally, don't increase your intake just keep it the same and after 1-2 weeks of increasing your activity we will move into diet.
